Nothing says “man food” like a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. We wrap that classic taste in a Bon Appe Keto Soft Tortilla and service it with a side of Bon Appe Keto Jicama Fries to really make any guy feel at home. The beauty is it all totally Keto!
Bon Appe Keto Authentic Philly Cheese Steak Wrap

Bon Appe Keto Cheese Whiz
PRE PREP. Sterilize 1 Pint (16oz) Mason Jar, Ring and Lid in a pot of boiling water. Keep in boiling water until ready to fill. Use caution when removing jar, ring and lid so as not to get burned. I recommend a canning kit (click here).
Add all ingredients into a non-stick double boiler. Stirring constantly until cheese is completely melted.
Remove from heat and use a stick hand blender to whip until all lumps are removed.
Remove Mason Jar from water bath and make sure to empty any remaining water out. Fill with cheese mixture.
Remove lid from water bath using a magnet wand and place over top of jar.
Remove ring from water bath using a magnet want and screw on top of jar, to finger tip tightness.
Let cool on countertop for 2 hours.
Refrigerate for up to 3 months sealed, and 1 month open.
Steak, Onions & Pepers
PRE PREP. Slice Onions and Peppers into thin strips. Slice meat into ¼” strips. Tip: use a good sharp knife.
Heat oil on medium high in Frying Pan or Skillet
Add Onions and Peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
Remove Onions and Peppers from pan and set aside.
Add meat strips to frying pan in single layer, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and heat until it reaches the desired doneness. Repeat until all meat has been cooked.
If going commando, no bun or wrap. Plate meat, and top with onion & pepper mixture and dollop with Bon appe Keto Cheese Whiz, Bon Appe Keto Ketchup and or Bon Appe Keto Mayo.
