Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Grease donut pan with butter.
  3. Cut up cream cheese and shred mozzarella cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
  4. Microwave cheese mixture for 1 minute. Remove and stir, then microwave for 1 more minute.
  5. Using a fork, stir almond flour, baking powder, salt and lightly beaten eggs into melted cheese mixture until very well combined and a dough ball forms.
  6. Divide dough into 6 equal parts, and scoop into donut cavities of the baking tray.
  7. Sprinkle each bagel with sesame seeds or other toping if desired.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes.
  9. Bon Appe Keto!
