These ring-shaped treats are perfect for any meal or as a snack with your favorite topping…like cream cheese. Now you can enjoy bagels again, with out this simple Bon Appe Keto recipe.
Bon Appe Keto Bagels
This recipe makes 6 keto bagels.
Grease donut pan with butter.
Cut up cream cheese and shred mozzarella cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave cheese mixture for 1 minute. Remove and stir, then microwave for 1 more minute.
Using a fork, stir almond flour, baking powder, salt and lightly beaten eggs into melted cheese mixture until very well combined and a dough ball forms.
Divide dough into 6 equal parts, and scoop into donut cavities of the baking tray.
Sprinkle each bagel with sesame seeds or other toping if desired.
