
Bon Appe Keto Classic Bagels
The Bagel, something many of us first discovered in the 1970’s and 80’s has actually been around for hundreds of years. These ring-shaped treats are perfect for any meal or as a snack with your favorite topping…like cream cheese. Now you can enjoy bagels again, with out this simple Bon Appe Keto recipe.

- 1 Tbsp Kerrygold Butter - for greasing pan
- 170 g Mozzarella Cheese – Full Fat – shredded
- 56 g Cream Cheese
- 85 g Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs - Large - lightly beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Grease donut pan with butter.
- Cut up cream cheese and shred mozzarella cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave cheese mixture for 1 minute. Remove and stir, then microwave for 1 more minute.
- Using a fork, stir almond flour, baking powder, salt and lightly beaten eggs into melted cheese mixture until very well combined and a dough ball forms.
- Divide dough into 6 equal parts, and scoop into donut cavities of the baking tray.
- Sprinkle each bagel with sesame seeds or other toping if desired.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
