The perfect KETO Cheese cracker snack! I have a great love of cheese, and Cheez-Its use to be a go-to snack for me. Now I can have my Cheez-its and eat em’ too. This recipe is not just KETO friendly, it also lacks all the nasty chemicals found in the original. Hence the name “Better Than Cheez-Its Crackers”.

Place shredded cheese and cream cheese in microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Heat for an additional minute.
Add, almond flour, egg, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and garlic salt to cheese mixture. Stir until well combined and the mixture has absorbed all the egg, and dough forms a ball.
Lay out a piece of parchment paper as large as your baking sheet.
Place half the dough on top of the parchment paper and cover with a second piece of parchment paper.
Flatten dough (between the sheets) with your hands, then use rolling pin to roll dough to 1/16” thickness.
Remove top sheet of parchment, and using a pastry or pizza cutter, make 3 cuts vertically, and 3 cuts horizontally, to make 16 equal sized pieces (about 3” x 4” each).
Repeat with the other half of the dough.
Slide each parchment and dough onto their own separate baking sheet. Bake one sheet of crackers at a time and place them in the center of the oven for 4 minutes -5 minutes.
Remove from oven, and using the pizza or pastry cutter, cut each of the 16 cracker pieces into 1” squares – each piece should yield about 12 1” squares.
Turn crackers over and return to oven.
Bake for additional 5 minutes. Keep a close eye on the crackers to avoid burning.
