No respectable Chinese dish is complete without rice. Those of us who practice the Keto lifestyle, have found the perfect substitute for this Chinese staple, in the form of riced cauliflower. This recipe uses riced cauliflower with Keto friendly ingredients to make the perfect fried rice compliment to any Chinese dish.
Bon Appe Keto Cauliflower Fried Rice
If using frozen riced cauliflower, microwave or cook to directions, and add it in step #5. If using fresh cauliflower that you riced, you will add it in step #3
Heat butter on medium heat in Wok or Large Skillet
Add diced onion, garlic, ginger and carrots into cooking pan and sauté for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in beaten eggs and scramble into the vegetable mixture until eggs are cooked – this should take less than 1 minute.
Mix in cauliflower, bone broth, Aminos, Sriracha sauce and salt, reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer while occasionally stirring for about 5 minutes -7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped scallions, sesame oil and sesame seeds
