Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Line muffin tray with paper cupcake liners.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add melted butter, heavy cream, water, eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  5. Using a flour sifter, sift in almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder.
  6. Add swerve and salt. Whisk until no lumps are present.
  7. Using a scraping spatula or wooden spoon, gently fold in berries.
  8. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into each cupcake liner.
  9. Bake for 35 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes.
