Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Rib Eye Steak - ½” thick
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Ground Pepper
- 1 Yellow Onion - sliced
- 1 Green Pepper - sliced
- 1/4 cup Avocado Oil or Light Olive Oil
- 1 cup Bon Appe Keto Cheese Sauce

Instructions
- PRE PREP. Slice Onions and Peppers into thin strips. Slice meat into ¼” strips. Tip: use a good sharp knife.
- Heat oil on medium high in Frying Pan or Skillet
- Add Onions and Peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
- Remove Onions and Peppers from pan and set aside.
- Add meat strips to frying pan in single layer, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and heat until it reaches the desired doneness. Repeat until all meat has been cooked.
- Plate meat, and top with onion & pepper mixture and dollop with keto cheese whiz, keto ketchup and or keto mayo.
