Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add almond flour, coconut flour, swerve, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Add in almond milk, heavy whipping cream, softened butter, vanilla extract and egg. Whisk until very well combined and there are no lumps.
  5. Using a wooden spoon, gently fold in berries.
  6. Divide dough into two balls.
  7. Form each of the balls into a 6” round x 1.5” high, flattened cake on the parchment lined cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting each cake into 6 pieces.
  10. Bon Appe Keto!
