I love sauerkraut! It’s perfect for the Keto way of eating and so easy and convenient to make. Eat it hot or cold, put it on your Keto hotdog, bratwurst, kielbasa or pair it with my Bon Appe KETO Schnitzel or roasted meat.

- 1 bag Sauerkraut (10 oz)
- 2 cups Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

Instructions
- Drain liquid from sauerkraut by pouring it into a colander or strainer over your sink.
- Gently squeeze to remove any remaining liquid. You may rinse it with water and squeeze again if you prefer a less sour taste.
- Add all ingredients to medium sauce pan and stir a few times until gently mixed.
- Cover and bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes.
