
Bone Appe Keto Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
Few things compliment a steak like well prepared mushrooms. This stuffed mushroom recipe is one of our favorites combining several cheeses and a little bacon. The mushrooms pop with flavor!

Ingredients
- 16 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp Bacon Grease (from bacon used for topping)
- 1 Tbsp Garlic - minced
- 8 oz Cream Cheese - softened
- 3 stalks Green Onions
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 strps Bacon - crisp &chopped for topping
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese - grated for topping
- Avocado Oil Spray

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with Avocado Oil.
- Clean mushrooms and separate stems and caps.
- Cut off the fibrous end of the stem and discard. Then finely mince the stems.
- Cut off the green ends and the root threads of the onion and mince the bulbs.
- Crush the garlic.
- Fry Bacon and remove bacon from frying pan to cool.
- In the same frying pan, with the bacon grease, add the minced mushroom stems, onion and garlic over medium heat. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the mixture in the frying pan and stir until well combined.
