Bon Appe Keto Raspberry Scones
This recipe makes 6, delicious raspberry scones.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, add almond flour, coconut flour, swerve, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until well combined.
Add in almond milk, heavy whipping cream, softened butter, vanilla extract and egg. Whisk until very well combined and there are no lumps.
Using a wooden spoon, gently fold in berries.
Divide dough into two balls.
Form each of the balls into a 6” round x 1.5” high, flattened cake on the parchment lined cookie sheet.
Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting each cake into 6 pieces.
